Teknologi Satellite Komunikasi Komputer ( Radio Amatur )

Mungkin sulit dibayangkan, sebuah teknologi satellite komunikasi murah yang dapat digunakan untuk pendidikan di negara-negara berkembang. Tentunya pra-syarat "murah" menjadi penting bila para pemakai satelit bukanlah negara atau golongan ekonomi kuat. Hal ini rupanya menjadi kenyataan di amatur radio. Beberapa satelit komunikasi komputer murah yang berbentuk kotak-kotak kecil diangkasa telah diluncurkan oleh kelompok-kelompok amatur radio yang bernaung di bawah organisasi AMSAT (Amateur Satellite). Salah seorang dari penulis (OWP) adalah anggota AMSAT-NA (North America). Dalam tulisan ini, arsitektur dan sistem satellite komunikasi komputer dana murah akan dibahas secara garis besar.

  2. Satellite Cuaca ( NOAA)
